I’ve been going to Gloss for the past year and have had the pleasure of working with both Nava and Andrena for color and cuts — I couldn’t be more satisfied with how my hair looks each time. They’re very professional, friendly, and wonderful to talk to throughout my usual hour and a half appointment. I’m not the most beauty-savvy — one of my recent goals has been learning how to keep my hair looking great and healthy, and they’ve been so very helpful, knowledgable, and understanding throughout the process. Their work is high quality and worth every penny, and I’m always happy to come back for a refresh and trim (I always appreciate the snacks, too!).
